Reservation Policies

To reconfirm the reservation you made at the Hotel Aranjuez through fax, e-mail, phone or in person, you would have to send before your arrival the following:

1.1. The credit card authorization form, where the amount of the deposit in advance is established in U.S. dollars; completely filled up with the information and legal signature.

1.2. The Hotel Aranjuez commits to keep the reservation of all those persons who have fulfilled all requirements specified above. A confirmation number will be sent by e-mail to the person in charge of the reservation and this confirmation number has to be shown at the front desk at check-in.

1.3 The costumer must send an aproval of the confirmation. If in any case, a mistake is made by the Reservations Department of Hotel Aranjuez, the customer must request for a new Confirmation. No claims will be accepted by Hotel Aranjuez, once the customer gives the aproval to the confirmation.
