Local: Our breakfast is prepared using 100% local ingredients, with a strong commitment to freshness and sustainability. All of our dishes are made in-house using natural, locally sourced products, allowing us to support the local economy while offering our guests high-quality, authentic flavors.

Buffet: Served buffet-style for your convenience, breakfast is available daily from 7:00 to 9:00 a.m. Guests can enjoy a variety of options, including a made-to-order egg station where you can choose omelets, scrambled eggs, or fried eggs prepared just the way you like them.

Tradition: We also feature traditional Costa Rican dishes, giving you the opportunity to experience the country’s rich culinary heritage from the start of your day. Our bread and pastries are freshly baked from scratch by our in-house costarican baker—we do not use pre-made mixes or frozen products.

Breathe: Breakfast is served on our open-air terrace, surrounded by trees and nature, where you can often spot birds and squirrels, creating a peaceful and truly local atmosphere.
